- Create signature cocktails and maintain an elevated beverage experience
- Train, mentor, and evaluate bartenders and barbacks
- Ensure consistency in quality, speed, and guest interaction
- Manage bar setup, service procedures, hygiene standards, and stock control
- Collaborate with management on beverage menus and promotions
- Uphold Tuya’s premium brand image and ensure the bar is guest-ready at all times **What We’re Looking For**: - Proven experience as a head bartender or bar manager in high-end hospitality




- Strong mixology skills and a keen eye for trends in cocktails and presentation
- Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and build a high-performing team
- Deep knowledge of bar operations and compliance with hygiene standards
- Fluent in **Italian and English**; other languages are a plus
