**Receptionist - Tuya Milano**

**Full-Time** | **Luxury Hospitality Environment** **Tuya Milano**, an elegant and vibrant restaurant in the heart of the city, is looking for a **Receptionist** with exceptional presence, communication skills, and a warm, professional attitude. You will be the first impression of our brand — welcoming guests with grace and efficiency, coordinating reservations, and ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience. **Key Responsibilities**: - Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements using booking software
- Coordinate guest flow with the operations and service teams
- Maintain the reception area’s appearance to the highest standards
- Provide personalized service and assist VIP clients
- Support the management team in daily front-desk operations **What We’re Looking For**:



- Previous experience as a receptionist or hostess in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills
- Friendly, calm, and confident under pressure
- Fluent in **Italian and English** (both spoken and written); other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) is an asset
