**F&B; Manager - Tuya Milano**
**Location**: Milan, Italy
**Full-Time** | **Leadership Role in Luxury Hospitality** **Tuya Milano**, a refined and trendsetting restaurant in the heart of Milan, is seeking a charismatic and experienced **F&B; Manager**. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in guest interaction, enjoys representing the brand publicly, and is confident in both service and strategy. You will act as the key link between the restaurant and its clientele, ensuring each experience reflects Tuya’s signature excellence. **Key Responsibilities**: - Be the primary representative and host of the restaurant, ensuring top-tier guest relations
- Lead and supervise the FOH team, setting service standards and maintaining consistency
- Engage daily with clients to build loyalty and gather feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing team on events, activations, and brand visibility
- Represent Tuya at public or promotional events when needed
- Monitor service flow and respond proactively to operational challenges
- Train and inspire staff in service etiquette and guest engagement
- Support in managing bookings, VIP clients, and personalized experiences
- Drive a guest-first culture that turns visits into memorable moments **What We’re Looking For**:



- Previous experience in F&B; management or guest relations in premium/luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Warm, confident personality with excellent grooming and presence
- Fluency in **Italian and English** (other languages are a plus)
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and high emotional intelligence
- Passionate about hospitality, people, and storytelling
