**Location**: Milan, Italy **Languages**: Italian & English required; additional languages are a plus **Tuya Milano**, a premium dining destination known for elegance, flavor, and exceptional service, is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Event Manager** to join our team. If you're a client-focused professional with strong organizational and negotiation skills, passionate about creating unforgettable experiences — we want to meet you! **Key Responsibilities**: - Serve as the main point of contact for all private event clients and corporate inquiries
- Coordinate requests, follow up with clients, and ensure timely communication
- Draft, customize, and negotiate event menus in collaboration with the Head Chef
- Prepare and manage client proposals, contracts, and budgets
- Liaise with the operational team to ensure smooth event execution
- Organize and lead internal event briefing and memo meetings
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication across departments
- Upsell and close deals while maintaining the brand’s high standards
- Ensure a personalized, seamless experience for every guest **Requirements**:



- Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in high-end hospitality or F&B;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in **Italian and English** (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
- Confident, well-organized, and solution-oriented
- A natural salesperson who can convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
