- We are looking for a driven Junior Controller to join our team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations and management. If you are a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact and grow within an inclusive and supportive environment! **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Support the preparation of plant budget within the framework of the profit plan
- Track deviations and communicate analysis of budget deviation to applicable activity manager
- Monitor progress of budgeted and unbudgeted cost reduction activities
- Interpret financial information generated by plant functions during the month for plant management **Special Knowledge,



Skills and Abilities**: - Bachelors degree (B.A.) from university and at least 1 year of related experiene and/or training.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of data
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel
- SAP knowledge
- Very good English and Italian **Additional Characteristics**: - Eager to learn with a can-do approach
- Good team player and problem-solving attitude
