Join in and feel the difference. **What will you be responsible for?** We are looking for an experienced **HR Generalist** to join the **Bosch** team. In this role, you will be actively involved in the **planning, coordination, and execution of talent acquisition, training and development activities**, with a hands-on and results-driven approach. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR team, focused on delivering high-quality support to both Bosch employees and external clients, acting as a true **business partner**. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing the **organization, scheduling, and administration** of HR activities




- Supporting the **HRL** in **Employer Branding**, **Internal Communication**, and **Diversity & Inclusion** initiatives across the organization
- Collaborating with various departments to implement HR strategies and projects
- Monitoring training KPIs and assisting with reporting activities
- Support personnel administration, including contracts, absences, leave management, and termination procedures **Qualifications** Education**
Degree in Human Resources, Economics or related fields. **Experience**
At least **3 years of experience** in HR roles. **Technical skills**
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially **Excel**. **Languages**
Fluency in **Italian** and a good command of **English (minimum B2 level)**. **Soft Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across functions
