**Role Description** **Responsibility**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocations
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to ensure successful execution
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Identify and manage/anticipate project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to overcome obstacles.
- Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle **Job related information**:

Location: Turin (Italy)
Language: English, Italian (B2+) **Requirements**:



- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager in the software development and product development (7-10 years)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
