Are you passionate about marketing and sales and looking to deepen your expertise while working in a dynamic international environment? Our Commercial Young Professional Program offers hands-on experience across marketing and sales functions, giving you a comprehensive view of both areas and their strategic interfaces. The program offers flexible start dates. This is you




- With a completed degree in Business Administration focusing on marketing, sales or communications or similar academic background
- You have already successfully completed an internship or a temporary position in the field of Marketing / Sales or a similar area
- A passion for working in an intercultural context is something that describes you
- You are highly adaptable, fast at picking up new tasks, and driven to complete them effectively
- With flexibility and willingness for assignments abroad or (inter)national business trips
- Last but not least, you speak English very well (C1+)? Great! Additional European languages are a plus! This is our program and what you will do
- As part of a one-year individual career journey through an extracurricular internship, you will complete two rotations in Marketing and Sales. Following this experience, there is a strong opportunity for you to continue with us and further develop your career through an additional assignment at our global headquarters in Mettlach, Germany
- Sales: Work alongside our sales team to build strong customer relationships, explore new business opportunities, and help drive revenue growth
- Marketing: You will support the creation and coordination of marketing activities that promote brand visibility and work closely with sales and pricing to ensure consistency and impact
- You'll take on challenging tasks in day-to-day operations as well as cross-functional projects and build a broad network within the company
