This role supports the client’s engineering, construction, and demolition projects by managing day-to-day contract administration. It’s distinct from roles named in the contract (e.g., Project Manager, Client’s Representative).




- Support project teams using the client’s Project Management Framework.
- Assist with contracting strategy, tendering, negotiations, and finalising terms.
- Manage contract execution, documentation, and compliance.
- Lead commercial meetings, payment evaluations, and change assessments.
- Coordinate dispute avoidance and contract close-out.
- Ensure accurate records, reporting, and stakeholder communication. **Qualifications**
- Experience in contract management on capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of EU construction contracts and relevant law.
- Experience in pharma or chemical/process industries.
- Fluent in Italian and English. **Additional Information**
