In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the Manufacturing activities in compliance of the Manufacturing routing, HSE and Quality. As a Shop/Plant Turning Machining Operator, you will be responsible for: - Executing machining activities related to Baker Hughes products
- Checking the final quality of the activities as indicated by the Manufacturing routing by filling the inspection plan
- Housekeeping of the work station
- Vouching worked hours applicable to the Manufacturing activity assigned
- Participating to the continuous improvement trough the project proposals
- Following the shop floor policy related to the working shift, lunch break and PPE use. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: - Have Technical Diploma and emerging experience as turning machining operator
- Be able in technical drawing interpretation and in technical document and procedure interpretation
- Be able in manual and numerical controlled machine and to report safety, quality and routing issue to the supervisor
- Be fluent in Italian both written and spoken
- Hold a EU work permit **Desired Characteristics**
- Knowledge of Non-destructive Evaluation (NDE) processes
- Knowledge in machining tool kit




- Knowledge of ISO programming language
- Knowledge of CNC turning machines

As Pricing Operations Leader, you will provide leadership, planning and strategic support to ensure competitiveness of New Units and Service orders by managing the Pricing function within the Pumps ITO organization. Scope of role includes maximization of OPI while developing vision of the market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. As a Pricing Operations Leader - Pumps&Valves;, you will be responsible for:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead, develop, implement and manage the Pumps New Units & Aftermarket Pricing team;
- Manage the Aftermarket Acost team;
- Conduct margin and profitability evaluations across product lines and customer segments,



prepare executive-level reports and recommendations to drive pricing decisions, analyze industry trends and implement new pricing strategies. Pricing Operations
- Partnering with the GTE ITO Operational Excellence & Digitalization team by providing functional needs, ideas and expertise to design the tools infrastructure needed for running operations smoothly while granting support to sustain the process lifecycle and performance analyses (including Post-mortem, Win/Loss, QMIs);
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, sourcing and sales teams to align Pumps offerings with market demands;
- Design and implement pricing methodologies focusing on complex solutions optimization. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will have: - Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields.
- Solid experience in Oil & Gas Industries with a minimum of 3-5 years in pricing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, communicate, build consensus, and lead cross-functional teams at different levels of a matrix organization, able to engage, enable, and inspire others to engenders an inclusive environment, enabling the business to reach its ambitious goals.
