This position supports senior leadership across executive operations, cross-border business coordination, and AI-related initiatives.
We are seeking highly organized and proactive Project & Executive Assistants to support senior executives and contribute to multiple AI‐based initiatives across our company group. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and the efficient coordination of fast‐moving projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Mandarin and English and is comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and rapidly changing business needs.
Selected candidates will begin with an initial onboarding and probation period in Tysons Corner, VA.



This period may include business travel as part of the evaluation process for long‐term full‐time employment. The probation period is unpaid, and approved travel expenses will be covered.

Travel Requirement: 15% to 30% domestic and international travel, primarily to Asia, especially China and Hong Kong; extended stays as needed
Key Responsibilities
Support executives with communication, coordination, and reporting across departments and affiliated companies.
Assist with AI-based applications and project‐related tasks.
Participate in international business expansion and cross‐border project coordination.
Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and support data analysis and decision‐making.
Travel with executives when needed to support domestic and international business activities.
Perform flexible, intense, and extended hours, including after‐hour meetings and events when traveling.
