Salary Range (gross annual salary): €65,000 – €75,000 + performance premio

We are building our Insurance & Reinsurance business unit and are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across the Italian market.




This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leading insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and innovation teams, helping them leverage next‐generation geospatial intelligence for underwriting, exposure management, climate risk, and portfolio optimization.
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in shaping and expanding MindEarth's insurance practice in Southern Europe.
Key responsibilities
Developing and maintaining commercial relationships within insurance and reinsurance groups and large brokerage firms.
Identify and originate new business opportunities within underwriting, pricing, risk management, innovation, and strategy departments.
Promote advanced analytics solutions addressing:
Natural catastrophe and climate risk assessment (Cat‐Nat).
Property and real estate portfolio intelligence.
Mobility and automotive risk analytics.
Exposure management and portfolio optimization.
