We are looking for a junior Quality Control Specialist at a manufacturing company located in Naples. Reporting to a Quality Manager, the candidate will be responsible for identifying quality risks for new products and managing quality validation phases throughout the product development lifecycle.Areas of Responsibility and Related Activities
- Oversee and mitigate quality risks associated with new product development.
- Manage quality validation phases during the development process, including risk analysis and defining the action plan during the industrialization phase.
- Collaborate with the Manager and Headquarters to create Acceptance Documents for new products, defining quality criteria.
- Support the Manager in the industrialization of new products.

Strategy and Main Tasks




- Integrate quality considerations from the early stages of the product development cycle to prevent problems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant's product development processes from a quality perspective.
- Manage supplier training prior to launch to clarify work instructions and customer quality criteria.
- Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation techniques (e.G., FMEA).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Experience in creating technical documentation, such as acceptance files.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
