Experteer Overview In this role, you will perform start‑ups, maintenance, and emergency repairs on Vertiv UPS, battery, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment. You will build and sustain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and distributors while coordinating with Call Control and the supervisor. You will conduct installation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure on‑time delivery. This position offers field work across the region with a focus on reliability and service quality. - Maintenance and commissioning of UPS and battery systems at customer sites
- Testing system parameters, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues, and repairing malfunctions
- Documenting assignments and delivering on time and to target




- Using required tools within Vertiv policies
- Emergency standby within the region
- Establishing and maintaining rapport with customers, sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Ongoing communication with Call Control and the department Manager/Supervisor

Responsabilità
- Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in technical service or test environment for AC power equipment
- Previous field service experience
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Self‑starter with planning, organizational, and time management abilities;
able to work under pressure
- Clean valid driving licence
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
