Junior Disponente ufficio traffico – Tempo determinato 12 mesi Location: Milan, Italy
We are a growing team in the Operations department and we are looking for a Junior Disponente ufficio traffico to help us revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.
Responsibilities
- Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners.
- Supervise our daily transports in Italy and handle all arising inquiries from carriers.
- Managing the day-to-day operations tasks.

Qualifications
- Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics.
- 1–2 years’ experience in full truck load transport by road domestic.
- Ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English.
- Great attention to detail and an organized approach.




- Enjoy solving complex challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to work under stress.
