**Job Description Summary**: The Tender & Quotation Specialist is involved in the assessment of the offers received by electronic market of public administration and in the optimization and simplification of the Tender Processes. **Essential Responsibilities**: - Evaluate tender documents in order to find red flags before sending them to sales force
- Put tender documents in the available tool
- Update and manage provider register on line
- Prepares offers using the available tool
- Help to consolidate technical information
- Be reference point for any requests coming from dealer relating to tender preparation **Qualifications/Requirements**: - Degree (preferred) or equivalent knowledge or work experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, flexible attitude
- Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with mínimal direction, problem solver
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Process oriented
- Project Management (preferred)
