As a first point of contact for our Guests throughout their stay, you will master an outstanding service during all stages of their stay. Your responsibilities include: - Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
- Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the local scene, becoming the source for hidden gems and must-see spots.
- Welcoming every guest with authentic and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for their stay.
- Tailoring personalized recommendations, directions and reservations, transforming trips into unforgettable experiences.
- Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.
- Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
- Elevate the lobby and Front Desk into spaces of comfort and style, while ensuring standards and safety compliance.
- Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems.



**Requisiti**:
Exceed expectations revealing: - A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
- 2+ years’ experience in 5-star hotels as a Concierge
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Impeccable grooming standards.
- Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
- Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.
