- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Junior Finance Project Control & Working Capital Advisor** to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the **Global Planning & Control** Division. **Mission**
- The Finance Project & Working Capital Advisor supports the Group Planning and Controlling team in the Project Controlling area. This role is responsible for assisting in the financial oversight of projects and optimizing working capital management. The advisor will collect and analyze financial data, support project performance monitoring, and contribute to improve cash flow efficiency.
LI-VB1**Key Accountabilities**
- Project Financial Controlling: - Assist in project financial monitoring, tracking budgets and variances to ensure projects remain on track and within financial constraints.
- Support in the preparation of financial forecasts and reports, providing insights that enable proactive decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Collect and analyze data to help the evaluation of financial risks, ensuring transparency in financial performance.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams to align financial planning with business objectives, ensuring sustainable and efficient project execution. Working Capital Management: - Monitor working capital KPIs, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash conversion cycles, ensuring efficient liquidity management.
- Support the optimization of payment terms with clients and suppliers.
- Assist in the development of strategies to improve cash flow management, helping to maintain financial stability and funding availability for ongoing projects. Compliance & Reporting: - Contribute to ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies by supporting audits, documentation, and adherence to financial regulations. **Education**




- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, project controlling or working capital management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Italian and a good level of English (both written and spoken) **Competencies**
