- Developing new implementation proposals and interior design projects carried out within the Libere department.
- Preparing FF&E; orders and budgets, ensuring alignment with the appropriate budget and design for each asset.




- Overseeing FF&E; installations and works (site visits, report preparation, communication with suppliers and internal departments, coordination of deliveries and installations).
- Maintaining regular contact with furniture and finishes suppliers to stay up to date with the latest developments. **Position requirements**: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Revit and 3D software will be a plus.
- Experience in interior design projects (not engineering) within the Real Estate sector (Hospitality, PBSA, Retail).
- Italian (native), minimum Advanced Certificate level in English. Other languages such as Spanish or French will be valued. If you are a proactive person eager to learn, with strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, and a sensitivity for product (since you will be in constant contact with furniture and finishes suppliers ), **don’t hesitate to apply!
