R&D Lab Technician

What you will experience in this position:
- Assist in the planning and execution of research projects.
- Conduct experiments and tests to collect data.
- Analyze data and assist in preparing technical reports.
- Help with the design, development, and implementation of new and improved products.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, such as preparing solutions and maintaining equipment.
- Perform manual tasks such as welding and connecting hydraulic fittings.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results.
- Work closely with the research and development team to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
- Implement techniques for tests, defining methodologies, tools and best practices, necessary for continuous improvement.




- Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, with a focus on new product development.

Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent education.
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Lab Technician.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to motivate others.
- Analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.

Compensation:
Annual Gross Compensation Range: EUR40,000.00 – 48,000.00. Employee may also be eligible for short‑ or long‑term incentives, as governed by company plans and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
