Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data solutions, from gathering requirements to deployment in production environments.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, integrate multiple data sources, and ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across our systems.

Qualifications
- M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education
- 1–3 years of experience in developing data-driven solutions or data platforms
- Proven experience with Python, SQL,



Databricks and data processing frameworks (e.G., Spark)
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.G., Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Fluency in English and Italian

Compensation & Benefits The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €31,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
