As a Content Moderatorb>
in Porto, you’ll support social media initiatives, ensuring client guidelines are followed and enhancing the user experience across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Review, audit, and moderate user content, ensuring compliance with copyright and platform rules
- Analyze user behavior and apply nuanced social media policies
- Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business-critical issues
- Propose improvements to enhance service and overall user experience
- Maintain high-quality reporting according to established protocols

What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Romanian (C1) and English (B2)




- At least 6 months of relevant experience
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Critical reasoning, multitasking, and effective communication skills
- Fast learner with a diligent work ethic
