Experteer Overview As a Business Data Analyst within ELITE, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. You’ll work across Strategy and Business Development to support internal analysis, onboarding, and client-focused data initiatives, while collaborating with product, sales and marketing. You will build and maintain data assets and dashboards to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities. This role combines data management, analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration to support ELITE’s mission of connecting private companies to skills, networks and capital.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Data Management: consolidate, quality-check and integrate data from the community to produce usable datasets for analysis and future ML operations
- Unstructured data valorization: classify and extract relevant information from diverse sources
- Ensure data quality and governance of internal data assets
- Data Analysis & Insights: identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance
- Reporting & Visualization:



create dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI)
- Product & Market development support: develop sector-specific knowledge and map client needs across Europe
- Identify market opportunities through data analytics and support related sales activities
- Cross-functional collaboration: work with sales, marketing, product to align offerings with client requirements and data mapping
- Revenue management contributions: improve data strategy to sustain revenues with existing and new clients
- Client success: support service delivery and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years in data management, analytics or insight generation
- Experience supporting business development, strategy, innovation or sales is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Queries, R, SQL and Python;
