- Be the main point of contact for 30-40 hotels in the region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.
- Provide proactive support to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Support the wider portfolio with administrative tasks, including commission claims, RFPs, and group inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding and system set-ups for new hotel partners.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal tech teams.
- Train hotel staff on distribution tools and updates.
- Conduct regular check-ins to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Advise partners on best practices to enhance performance and visibility.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and account records.
- Deliver personalized,



high-touch support to partner hotels.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights that drive results.
- Manage inquiries and escalations promptly and effectively. **Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or hotel operations.
- Familiarity with hospitality systems (CRS, PMS, channel managers) strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple accounts.
- Fluency in **English and Italian** required; additional European languages preferred.
