Freight Forwarders Wanted - Work From Anywhere in Europe (Commission-based Only)

**Your Role**
- Source and post available freight in the **Trucky system**.
- Negotiate transport prices with clients and carriers.
- Coordinate the load from booking to delivery (you can rely on our team for support if needed).
- Build and maintain relationships with both shippers and carriers. **Earnings & Commission** This is a **commission-based position only.**
You will earn **20% of the profit** generated per transport. **Profit** = (Price charged to client) - (Price paid to carrier). Example:
If you sell transport to a client for €1,200 and buy from a carrier for €1,000, the profit is €200 → **your commission is €40**. There is **no limit** to your earnings — the more loads you manage, the more you earn. **Requirements**:
Experience in road freight / forwarding (international or domestic).




Ability to work independently and manage your own client base.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Access to Trucky or other freight platforms.
Fluent in English (any additional European language is a plus). **We Offer**
