The MINIMUM gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,125.00. Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d)
Quotation Management: Review customer requirements,

align with Account Managers, enter RFQs into CRM, coordinate with production plants and follow up on quotes.
Order Management: Manage sample and tooling orders, including system entry, plant coordination, delivery tracking and invoicing.
Pricing Management: Maintain customer pricing in SAP and support price adjustments in alignment with Account Managers.
Master Data & Billing: Manage customer master data and handle debit/credit notes related to pricing issues.
Contracts & Planning Support: Support customer contracts, SCM agreements and update forecasts and planning data.
Feedback & Evaluation: Monitor supplier evaluations and collect customer feedback for internal improvement.
Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service.
Languages: Fluent in German (native preferred) and English.
Experience with CRM tool
