Experteer Overview In this role you will provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, international Formula 1 environment. You will back HR Business Partners, manage onboarding, moves, offboarding, and documentation, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. You will assist with immigration, recruitment, and learning initiatives, partnering with managers and external partners. This position offers exposure to multiple HR disciplines and a pathway to grow in a dynamic, performance-driven team. Retribuzione / Benefits HR Business Partner support for employee lifecycle activities and initiatives Coordinate onboarding, internal moves, promotions and offboarding Prepare HR documentation and communications Maintain HR records and systems with accuracy and confidentiality Support immigration and employment administration Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement Support Talent Acquisition across recruitment lifecycle Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate-related activities Support onboarding and recruitment initiatives Support Learning & Development initiatives and training coordination Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration Provide flexible support across HR disciplines as priorities shift Promote professional, proactive, service-oriented interactions Responsabilità Degree in a related discipline (HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Management Engineering) Interest in a multi-disciplinary HR career; internships/experience beneficial Fluent in English and Italian Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Attention to detail and accountability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, flexible, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and in a team Discretion with confidential information Willingness to travel to the UK office (Milton Keynes) as required Travel 0-10% Requisiti fondamentali On site Gym Premio scheme
