In this role you drive trial delivery across regions, ensuring study-level execution and compliant documentation. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align feasibility, risk management, and vendor activities to deliver trials on time and within budget. You shape program-level training and support inspections, contributing to patient-focused medicines from lab to life. This position offers exposure to global studies within Innovative Medicine, with a focus on operational excellence and cross-country collaboration. You will lead with impact, supporting team development and Credo values. Retribuzione / Benefits Create and update essential trial documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Form, IMP documentation). Set up and manage day-to-day study vendors, including SOW creation and budget oversight.



Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and align feasibility with local teams; conduct country-level risk reviews. Support program-level compound training in collaboration with Clinical / CTL&D; Medical writing. Contribute to trial-level operational strategies and mitigate trial-related risks. Participate in process improvements at trial, compound, and cross-DU levels; support inspections and risk mitigation planning. Mentor onboarding of new Trial Management team members; promote engagement and Credo behaviors. Responsabilità BS degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; 8+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries. Experience in pharmaceutical development and clinical research operations across multiple study phases (I–IV). 2–3 years leading multiple aspects of global clinical trials; ability to manage end-to-end trial execution.
