Shift Pattern/hours
40 hours / day shift. 8:30-5:30pm 5 days + occasional overtime
Education
Upper secondary school, professional institute (or if not, 36 months aeronautical maintenance experience)
To carry out efficient and effective repair of aircraft oxygen equipment in an off-wing workshop environment
Have the ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, and manuals
· To understand and work to a high quality standard to ensure compliance with CAA / EASA and FAA Part 145 Maintenance Organisation quality assurance standards.
· Take ownership of technical issues and ensure that they are followed through to the customer’s satisfaction.
· Effective Service and repair work within the agreed standards for repeat returns.
· Adhere to attendance and shift requirements at all times.
· Review incoming company email on a daily basis and respond accordingly.
· Repair and service units with minimal assistance and become familiar with the average times for repairing units.
· Ensure that any health & safety issues are raised to the awareness of the maintenance manager, immediately on becoming apparent.
Key skills/experience/qualifications/competencies:
Italian & English language skills.
Previous experience in an aeronautical maintenance environment.
Able to use any technical tool or test equipment within own Workshop / Area.
Able to use Microsoft Office and our MRP system to a basic standard.
