Your missions
Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and operational requirements.
Customize application settings, workflows, security roles, and permissions to align with business needs and best practices.




Support application upgrades, releases, patches, and new feature deployments.
Maintain application configuration documentation, system specifications, and support procedures.
Provide advanced technical support for business-critical applications, including Level III post-implementation support.
Diagnose, investigate, and resolve issues to minimize business disruption.
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem-resolution activities in accordance with service level agreements.
Monitor application performance, availability, and system health to identify issues.
Your profile
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in application support, administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) and system administration.
Knowledge of English at C1 level; Italian at B2 level.
