At **Grupo Planeta** we´re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the **Associate Dean for Academic Delivery**. **Responsibilities** - Oversee the **delivery** of all academic programs, ensuring they meet the institution's quality standards and objectives.
- Manage the **customer care team**, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive experience for all students and faculty.
- Manage the **faculty and program directors** to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of academic delivery, including the use of advanced learning analytics and technology.
- Prepare and analyze **academic reports**, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Oversee the implementation and management of **academic methodologies**
- Liaise with other departments within the institution to ensure seamless **integration** of academic services and support functions.
- Assist the Dean in setting **strategic goals, budgeting,
and resource allocation** for the academic delivery department. **Requirements**: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an academic institution, preferably in the area of academic delivery or program management.
- A Ph.D. in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in academic delivery, learning analytics, and educational technology.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, build relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
- Proven track record of success in implementing and managing innovative academic programs and services.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
