We are looking for a **strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing** to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across all channels. This role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, increases brand awareness, and supports customer acquisition and retention. **KEY RESPONSABILITIES**: - Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with company objectives;
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, communications, and product marketing;
- Own SEO strategy and oversee the management and optimization not only of company websites;
- Oversee Social Media strategy and content (managing the existing team), ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals;
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including PR, podcasts, and social media;
- Define KPIs and monitor performance;
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product,

and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment
- Identify and support new business development and growth opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in gaming industry;
- **Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills;**: - Hands-on experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms;
