For our Ferrero plant in Balvano (PZ), we are looking for an HR Manager, who will be the facilitator or all HR processes and services for the site, being directly involved in all industrial levers.
In this role, you will be part of the plant Leadership Team and you will work in coordination with the Region HR Italy. Main Responsibilities:
By covering this position, you will carry out a variety of tasks and activities. Concerning **Human Resources policies**, you will implement the Group indications and plans at plant level, ensuring the execution of training plans and mechanisms that support employees’ professional development and improvement. With regards to **budget management and HR planning**,
you will monitor and manage HR and OVHs costs for plant resources, in line with the Group budget for the related local commercial or function department. About **Employee Relations and Labour negotiations**, you will ensure effective business relationships, defining policies to facilitate the dialogue with trade unions and be the guarantor for timely and appropriate fulfilments of HR administration and labor regulations requirements. Last but not least, you will collaborate with the local **Health & Safety** Manager to support and advise site management and delegates on all matters related to H&S.; Who we are looking for:
You will bring your **Master’s Degree** background and your consolidated** industrial HR experience** of around **7-10 years.**
We will value your e**xcellent interpersonal skills**and your ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or **sensitive matters**.
As a **good communicator**, your **fluency in both Italian and English** will be key.
