Riepilogo posizione: Nel ruolo di impiegato/a di magazzino lavorerai sui due turnazioni e ti occuperai principalmente della ricezione degli item, oltre alla gestione dell'inventario e della relativa documentazione utilizzando quotidianamente strumenti quali SAP, excel e outlook. Responsabilità essenziali: Assicurando il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e delle norme di immagazzinamento, ti occuperai di Ricevimento della merce: - Verifica della conformità della merce in arrivo rispetto ai documenti di trasporto (DDT), segnalazione di eventuali danni o anomalie.
- Registrazione dei prodotti ricevuti su SAP. Gestione dell'inventario: - Aggiornamento del database delle giacenze, registrazione dei movimenti in entrata e uscita.
- Verifica della corrispondenza tra scorte fisiche e dati registrati.
- Monitoraggio dell'integrità e della qualità dei prodotti. Spedizione: - Preparazione dei documenti (bolle, DDT, etichette) per il materiale in uscita Altro: - Collaborare con altri reparti (logística, acquisti) Requisiti di posizione: - Utilizzo avanzato di posta elettronica ed excel
- Dimestichezza con ERP quali SAP
- Conoscenza dell’inglese (lettura e scrittura)

- Disponibilità a lavorare sui 2 turni, dal lunedì al venerdì
