- The Intern will become part of the marketing team of the **Estée Lauder** brand. Within the team, in support of the Product Marketing Manager, the Intern will be responsible for the following activities: - Be the connecting point between the marketing team, resellers, and suppliers;
- Implement product, visual merchandising, and commerce strategies across retailers;
- Support visual merchandising projects and manage related materials;
- Assist the Product Marketing Coordinator with the commercial plan for online retailers;
- Conduct sell-in and sell-out analysis and create key documents for brand management;
- Support 360° marketing campaigns and in-store/on-site events;
- Prepare and review presentations and documents for sales force and reseller meetings.
- **Requirements**- Strong analytical skills for sales reports and survey results;
- Problem-solving skills, flexibility, and attention to detail;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Canva;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.-
