Job Title: Power Supply and Traction Power Engineer
Location: Naples, Campania, Italy

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless PS & TP interfaces, delivering systems on time and within cost constraints, coordinating test activities, and driving knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve PS & TP interfaces with main subsystems (e.g., Signalling, CW, Auxiliary systems)
- Guarantee delivery of each system complies with engineering guidelines, quality standards, timing and cost constraints
- Interface with the Commissioning Manager to plan and coordinate test and operational activities on site according to schedule
- Perform verification of Power Supply & TP documentation according to the V&V; Plan
- Conduct tests, issue test reports, and document non‑compliances according to quality procedures and remedy actions
- Support capitalization and sharing of best practices, lessons learned,
and other relevant knowledge for PS & TP
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related experience in power supply and traction power projects
- Technical degree or equivalent technical background
- Proficiency in English and Italian
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with metro rail projects
- One or more years of experience in railway systems, traction power, and power supply design and commissioning
Compensation
Annual gross salary: €36,000 – €46,000
Base salary and benefits consistent with the prevailing collective labour agreement for the private metal industry sector.
