We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused HR Admin Specialist to join our Personell Administration team based in Fiumicino.
You will ensure the effective administrative management of the employee lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for employees and line managers on HR administrative matters, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
Manage attendance and absences, including reviewing and reconciling monthly timesheets and submitting payroll-related data to the external payroll provider.
Prepare documentation related to the employee lifecycle (hiring, contract extensions, contract amendments, terminations) and handle mandatory communications with relevant authorities.
Manage administrative processes related to sickness leave, maternity leave, workplace injuries, and other types of leave, ensuring all associated compliance requirements are met.
