We are looking for a person to join the Business Transformation & Digital Ecosystems Business Line, which supports organizations in innovating their business models by fully leveraging the potential of new technologies and, in particular, the value of data. The selected candidate will be supported by the team in an innovative and stimulating environment, where they will have the opportunity to work across different topics, contribute to the design and delivery of innovative solutions, develop their own ideas, and collaborate with leading national and international organizations.

Activities and Responsibilities
Independently manages the design and evolution of Digital Ecosystems throughout their entire lifecycle, including the definition of new operating models by identifying and enhancing cross-cutting Digital Capabilities, enabling new ways of working within organizations or creating new digital relationships between companies and external stakeholders (unlocking additional value from data, AI models, prompt templates, etc.).
Defines, documents, and certifies cross-cutting Digital Capabilities (e.g. data flows, APIs, AI models); provides advisory services on data management, interoperability, and technical architectures, ensuring alignment with reference standards.
Facilitates innovative scenarios enabled by Digital Ecosystems, leads idea generation sessions, evaluates emerging technologies, and builds
