Responsibilities Develop preliminary solutions, technical and commercial offers.
Create, implement, and manage a strategic/local accounts strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate sales activities and resolve specific customer problems.
Understand and anticipate customer needs, handle complaints, and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with the Account Manager to implement the sales strategy and channel pricing.
Generate sales leads and explore new market opportunities using market trend information and potential service portfolios.
Support tendering management: review RFQs, generate Bills of Quantity, prepare price presentations, and related tasks.
Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines; contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality.




Maintain required information in the customer database and ensure technical reliability, safety, and cost‐effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Adhere to health and safety directives and promote the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, etc.).
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, Automation, or Electronic Engineering.
More than 2 years of working experience; experience in a technical sales role is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and customer‐oriented mindset.
Excellent teamwork ability.
Good written and spoken proficiency in English and Italian.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Valid driving licence.
