Karriere, Head Hunter Company (Aut. Min. 15/2021) search for a multinational in the automotive industry, a **TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST** Reports to: Head of People Management **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines. If not, redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business Partners
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team **Essential Competencies**
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field




- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multipl, dynamic priorities and tight deadlines
- Goal-oriented and open-minded, with a proactive and “can do” attitude to work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
