Guydeez is looking for passionate locals to join our network as freelance tour guides. Lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups. No professional guide license is required — just enthusiasm, local knowledge, and excellent people skills. What You’ll Do
- Lead private walking tours tailored to guests’ interests (3-8 hours)
- Share insights on Palermo’s history, culture, landmarks, and hidden gems
- Customize tours according to group preferences and pace
- Provide safe, welcoming, and memorable experiences
- Optionally host food-focused tours for guests passionate about local cuisine Who We’re Looking For




- Strong knowledge of Palermo’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and culture
- Fluent in at least one language: Italian, French, English, Spanish, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
- Comfortable guiding tours lasting 3-8 hours
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
