**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Office We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Intern to join our production team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing of vials and syringes, learning about the processes and technologies involved in pharmaceutical production. **Main Responsibilities**: - Support production activities in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor the operation of production lines and promptly report any issues or anomalies.
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality-related tasks.
- Complete operational documentation and production reports.
- Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean Manufacturing).
- Maintain order, cleanliness,



and compliance with safety regulations in the work area. **Requirements**: - Student/recent graduate in technical fields (Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related disciplines).
- Strong interest in manufacturing environments and industrial plant operations.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on shifts (if required). **Preferred Qualifications**: - Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Quality tools.
- Previous experience, even short-term, in a production environment.
