**Client Management**: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team.
- Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client. **Project Delivery**: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments. **Team Leadership**: - Strong management skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. **Process**Improvement**: - Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implementing best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. **Risk Management**: - Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues,
escalating them as necessary.
- Industry Knowledge: - Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector.
- Anticipate the client needs and identify new business opportunities. Qualification **Skills and**experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- **5-7 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or**related**role, within**HPS**Industry**(required)
- Proven experience managing system integration projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). **Vivi al meglio la tua carriera**:
