Job Description The Program Lead (PL) will work within Propulsion Systems Virtual Engineering team and collaborate with Product Release Centers (PRCs) and with other Stellantis cross-functional teams to drive CAE-based virtual validation and development on propulsion system programs. According to his pivotal role, the PL is responsible for leading these programs, creating the Virtual Engineering (VE) scorecard, developing the VE workplan aligned with Propulsion Systems Development Process (PSDP) timelines and representing Virtual Engineering team at technical tables and program milestones review. Activities The responsibility of the Program Lead will include, but not limited to:
- Collect program scope and design requirements from PRCs (Product Release Centers) and translate them into Virtual Engineering (VE) tasks. - Estimate VE budget to support the program and include it in ER&D; rollup. -Develop and maintain the VE scorecard. -Coordinate the VE workplan across all VE functional groups (such as Structural, NVH and CFD), ensuring alignment with key stakeholders such as Propulsion System and Sub-system Chief Engineers, PRCs, Vehicle Engineering, suppliers and the validation team. -Represent VE at technical reviews and PSDP (Propulsion Systems Development Process) milestones. -Ensure VE requirements are incorporated into source packages; identify and negotiate the delivery of models from Suppliers. -Manage risks identified during analysis and create a risk mitigation plan in collaboration with program stakeholders. -Oversee the delivery of synthesis models required by partners (e.g., system design and vehicle engineering teams), ensuring quality, proper configuration, and timely delivery. -Follow established program execution process and propose improvements for future efficiency. -Capture and document lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle. #LI-Hybrid #L1-BG1 **EOE/Disability/Veteran** Our benefits reflects the STELLANTIS commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
