Position
For our AFC Department based in Parma we are looking for an Accountant Specialist.
As an Accounting Specialist, you will review and manage financial documents to ensure accurate transaction processing, record and analyze financial data, liaise with banks, clients, and suppliers, and support daily, monthly, and annual accounting operations and projects.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Review and process financial documents to verify transactions and ensure accurate recording.
Maintain complete and accurate records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and inventory-related information.
Support the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual tasks, including preparing financial reports, budgets,



tax filings, audits,
and resolving discrepancies.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm charges and ensure timely payments.
Communicate with clients regarding account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international company or with foreign subsidiaries, or at least 3 years in an audit firm.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and current financial regulations.
Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems is a plus.
