We are looking for a Production Manager that is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of a highly complex production area characterized by fast-paced operations, evolving processes, and a challenging, constantly changing work environment. This role ensures the effective execution of all departmental activities, leading large teams both hierarchically and functionally while maintaining high standards of performance, quality, and safety. **Main responsibilities**: - Management of industrial KPIs (HSE, costs, quality, service level)
- Management of improvement plans
- Organization and optimization of the shift workforce.




- Ability to engage and guide staff functions towards department and plant objectives
- Collaborate with plant planning to develop industrial plans
- Management of department versatility
- Department communication and involvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with plant union representatives
- Coordination of 3 shift managers, 3 department technologists, and 120 blue-collar workers **Main requirements**: - Master's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in highly complex management and technical production environments
- Strong data analysis skills
