- location_on Milano, IT HR Business Partner Intern We are looking for an HR Business Partner Intern to join our HR team in Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.

- This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to dive into the HR world, supporting global functions and the Italian Market, while participating in strategic organizational projects within a fast-moving multinational environment.
- How your agenda looks like: - Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the HR team in collecting and analyzing personnel data to monitor key KPIs for both Global and Italian populations
- Learning & Development: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions, ensuring effective organization of classes and a seamless learning experience for participants
- Business Partnership Support: Provide operational support to HR Business Partners in their daily collaboration with functional heads and local managers on organizational topics
- Performance & Talent Management: Help coordinate the performance evaluation cycle for the target population, supporting the team in aggregating data and preparing calibration materials.
- Organizational Projects: Contribute to the implementation of new ways of working and support management in cascading organizational changes through the Italian and Global structures.

You will report directly to the HR Manager Italy and Global Functions.

Recent Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology,



or a related fieldWork Experience Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns Technical Skills
- You are comfortable using numbers to tell a story and have a high attention to detail
- You are proficient with Excel (formulas & reporting) and know how to create great presentations in PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Local Language Proficiency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is nice to have
