- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures, with a focus on modularity and reusability.




- Lead delivery activities, promote best practices, and support team members' professional growth. **Requirements**: - Degree in STEM fields.
- In-depth knowledge of IT processes, architectural frameworks, microservices, cloud-native solutions, and SDLC.
- Excellent proficiency in **English and Italian**, spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve common goals. **Nice to Have**: - Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles, IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT), and quality assurance practices.
