Finance Manager (IT - Remote)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Planning & Analysis**
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making with financial data. **2. Accounting & Reporting**
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. **3. Cash Flow & Risk Management**
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial processes.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. **4. Team Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals and compliance. **5. Compliance & Governance**




- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
