E-Commerce Manager - Beauty Startup (High-Growth Environment) We are not building just another beauty brand. We are building a movement. We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager ready to take full ownership of our digital ecosystem and scale a beauty brand in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This role is not for beginners. We are seeking a hands-on, performance-driven professional with proven experience in the beauty industry and in a similar e-commerce role. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the overall e-commerce strategy and performance (DTC + marketplaces) Manage and optimize online sales channels, including website and key marketplaces Lead digital acquisition strategies across SEO, SEM, and Paid Advertising Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) Manage and scale presence on TikTok Shop and relevant marketplaces Analyze data, KPIs, and customer behavior to continuously improve conversion and ROI Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and external partners Ensure best-in-class user experience and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in the beauty sector (mandatory)



Proven experience in a similar e-commerce manager role (mandatory) Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and Paid Advertising Solid experience with marketplaces and TikTok ecosystem Fluent English (mandatory) Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused attitude What We Offer Opportunity to build and scale a beauty brand from the ground up High-impact role with real ownership and visibility Dynamic, fast-paced startup environment Compensation Compensation will be commensurate with actual experience Please note:
